	My full-time involvement in academia started in 1987 in the United States, and since 1990 I have been actively involved with the use of technologies in education. Since 2007, my interests have incorporated international concerns and endeavors. 10 years of my experience has been in K-12 education with the remaining years being associated with higher education. My dissertation topic was: State Led Virtual School Senior Leaders: An Exploratory Study.		Currently I am the Chief Learning Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Cosmic Surrounding Technology, an international company. I completed a doctorate in education leadership with specialization in instructional systems technology. My interest is in virtual schools and virtual school leadership.

			My dissertation topic was: State Led Virtual School Senior Leaders: An Exploratory Study. I am currently researching the virtual school ecosystem and virtual school organization.
