	:The target groups of UNIVe are: groups related to the test-country Estonia (learners, teaching and supporting staff; universities; decision makers); potential users of the developed small state e-university model (other states and universities) and European universities covered by the project network and relevant parties in the field of ODL and ICT. The main activities are the analysis of previous EC supported international and national initiatives in the field, designing activities of the small-state e-university model and launching a series of integrated pilot projects. The main output is the small state euniversity model. The model will be described in a compendium and on a CD/DVD ROM, which is also including all materials of the project process.
